Founded more than 50 years, Models Riera is a company conceived with the aim of making models and molds for the foundry industry through various materials such as steel, bronze, aluminum,...

Ramon Riera Bernat, promoter of this company, began the growth of this one under his direction, betting on an innovative vision and an innate charisma to face new goals.

We are currently in the third generation patternmakers and over the years we have evolved to be at the challenges that have been discussed new technologies and customers. From manufacturing models of primitive wooden models made from resin, master, metal machining on copier, and now machined in CAD-CAM.

Located near Manresa, Models Riera has a surface of 1000m2, with separate areas and organized for the correct performance of its activity.

Our experience in the sector has been essential to give a high quality service and innovation in the pieces made for our customers.

The human team that represents the company is highly qualified, belonging to different formations and highly trained to give the best quality and service to the customers.

Engineering

Our technical department can begin the process of construction based on a 2D plane, CAD format or from a 3D solid. It also has the most advanced computer technology. We have 5 workstations with 5 licenses Tebis software to design pieces and its machining. We also work with AutoCAD and Catia software that allows us to access a wide range of 3D formats.
